FLS'21 Health and Safety protocols

All safety measures are in accordance with the orders and instructions of the Federal and Cantonal Crisis Staff. The organizing team will put in place all measures needed to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 during event days. Your health and well-being is of the utmost importance for us, which is why the following guidelines for prevention of COVID-19 spread are imposed.

For in person participation it is mandatory to provide one of the following:

evidence of full vaccination* or
a valid negative PCR or antigen test not older than 48h or
proof of COVID-19 recovery issued by your doctor not older than 6 months.

In general, people are considered fully vaccinated:

2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose vaccine or
2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine.

Keeping at least 2 meters distance apart from other participants

Mask wearing is obligatory:

during all indoor activities in BKC, faculties, companies, etc;
during outdoor activities if it is not possible to keep minimal distance of 2 meters apart from other participants.

Personal protection measures:

covering coughs and sneezes with bent elbow or tissues;
frequent hand cleaning.

Alcohol-based hand sanitizers will be readily available throughout the venue

Individuals (staff, guests, and participants) are obliged to stay at their accommodation and alert FLS'21 Organizing Team or FLS'21 Health and Safety Advisor if experiencing any of the following symptoms:

fever;
cough and/or sore throat;
tiredness;
loss of taste or smell;
shortness of breath or experiencing any breathing difficulties;
aches and pains e.g. muscle pain;
headache;
chills followed by repeated shaking;
diarrhea.

We expect all FLS'21 guests and participants to follow protection measures and guidelines against COVID-19 spread during their travel trip to Tuzla. Participants will receive more detailed instructions and information about the means of FLS'21 Health and Safety Protocols' implementation during the event via email before the start of the event.
